Dr. Broadbent was born and raised in Farmington. After graduating from high school, he began his professional education at Des Moines University in Iowa, where he earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine, graduating with honors. He then completed a comprehensive podiatric medical and surgical residency at the Legacy/Kaiser Portland Hospitals in Portland, Oregon. During his time in Portland, Dr. Broadbent worked in private practice and served on the clinical faculty of the Legacy/Kaiser Portland Hospitals’ podiatry and surgical residency program.

Dr. Broadbent is certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He’s also a staff member at San Juan Regional Medical Center, also in Farmington, New Mexico. Dr. Broadbent enjoys all aspects of foot and ankle care but has special interests in ingrown toenails, hammertoes, foot reconstruction, and foot trauma.

When he isn’t meeting with patients, Dr. Broadbent works to further his medical education through participation in various seminars and meetings throughout the year. Away from the office, Dr. Broadbent enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He also enjoys outdoor activities and sports of any type, especially basketball.
